Topo Maps+ 2.8 has a number of nice enhancements and fixes.
1. Reduced Energy Usage
Topo Maps+ now uses less energy when you are offline and when you have GPS on while the screen is off (i.e. when recording a trip).
2. Visual GPS Accuracy
The current location on the map now shows the GPS accuracy as a blue circle around the current location. The smaller the circle, the more accurate the GPS is.
3. 64 Bit Processor Support
Topo Maps+ now has native support for 64 bit processors.
4. Trip Double Confirmation
Topo Maps+ now confirms when you want to stop or pause trip recording so that trips are not accidentally stopped.
5. Bug Fixes
- Fixed a bug with recording trips where one location on the trip would jump far away.
- Fixed black bands appearing when zoomed in on some free maps.
