Trail Segments are sections of a Trail, Route, or Track that lie between Waypoints placed on it. Just tap on a Trail, Route, or Track and select the “Segments” tab to view the distance & elevation change between each Waypoint:
Tapping on a point along the trail will give you distance & elevation change to each other point from the one you selected, instead of from the trailhead.
