Creating a Topo Maps+ Account

You may be wondering: “Why should I create a Topo Maps+ account when I already have the app with my iCloud account?”

While purchasing a subscription through the App Store is managed by your iCloud account, the data you create in Topo Maps+ — such as Waypoints, Routes, and Tracks — is stored only on the device where it was created. This means it will not automatically be available on your other devices.

Creating a Topo Maps+ account allows you to seamlessly sync your data across all your devices, ensuring your information is always accessible whether you are on your iPhone, iPad, or Mac.

Here’s how to get one set up:

  1. Tap the ‘My Account and Data’ button on the top right corner.

2. Tap ‘Account Info’.

3. Here, you can login or create an account. If you already have a subscription, it will also be displayed for quick and convenient management.
